Corn Pork Chops

In the mood for a hearty and flavorful dish? Look no further than Corn Pork Chops! This recipe requires only a few ingredients, but the result is a delicious and satisfying meal.

Before we dive into the practice, let's talk about ingredients. You'll need two pieces of pork chops, 1 bowl of corn, and a small amount of red pepper. And for the sauce, we'll be using oyster sauce mixed with a variety of other seasonings, including light soy sauce, sugar, dark soy sauce, and cooking wine.

Now, let's get started on the practice.

First, we need to prepare the pork chops. Cut off the fascia on the edge of the pork chop to avoid swelling in the middle when frying. Then, spread out each piece of pork chop meat and use a hammer to tenderize it. Pat one side with a knife and marinate it with light soy sauce, white pepper, cooking wine, and sugar for 30-60 minutes.

Next, we'll need to process the onions and peppers. If you're worried about the harsh smell when cutting onions, you can freeze the knife in the refrigerator to reduce the irritation. Cut the onion into rings and the peppers into rings or shreds.

Now, onto the pork chop operation. Heat oil in a cast iron pan and slowly fry the pork chops on both sides, using the weight of the fried pork rib steak to prevent it from warping. Once done, set aside.

To complete the dish, boil the corn in water and add it to the pan with the pork chops. Then, add shredded pepper, pepper noodles, and salt, and fry until cooked. Finally, pour the sauce on the pork chops when eating, and cook the pouring juice until it becomes transparent and foamy for a delicious finishing touch.

So there you have it, a simple but flavorful Corn Pork Chops recipe. Enjoy!
