Cumin Beef Strips

Make cumin beef strips by following some simple steps. The dish is very delicious and it's a popular Tibetan recipe. I will use cumin seeds to devoid any unpleasant smells.

Check the Ingredients

Main ingredients: around 200 grams of beef, one zucchini.

Marinade seasoning: one teaspoon of cumin powder, one tablespoon of light soy sauce, one teaspoon of oyster sauce, one-third teaspoon of pepper, half a tablespoon of brandy, one-fourth teaspoon of baking soda, one teaspoon of cornstarch, one tablespoon of vegetable oil.

Cooking seasoning: one-fourth teaspoon of refined salt, one-fourth teaspoon of pepper.

Now follow the instructions:

Cut the beef into strips and place them in a bowl.

Add cornstarch, mix well, and add one teaspoon of cumin powder, one tablespoon of light soy sauce, one-third teaspoon of pepper, half a tablespoon of brandy, one-fourth teaspoon of baking soda.

Grasp it until it feels sticky.

If it's too dry, add one tablespoon of water.

Marinate evenly, add one tablespoon of vegetable oil, and grasp well to lock the moisture.

Then put it in the refrigerator overnight.

Then

Put oil in a hot pan, pour in the shredded zucchini, add one-fourth teaspoon of refined salt and one-fourth teaspoon of pepper. Fry until almost cooked, and then serve on a plate.

Raise the heat to medium-high, add the bottom oil to the pot, spread the beef slices, and turn them over after a while.

Fry until the beef is browned, but don't overcook it. Place the fried beef on the shredded melon, and it's ready. It's that easy.

Some additional tips:

When marinating beef, don’t add all the seasonings at once. It should be divided into three steps.

The first step is to add cornstarch or cornstarch into the meat.

The second step is to add seasoning until it becomes sticky.

The third step is to add cooking oil and mix well to lock in moisture.
