Indulge in the taste of this VIP dish at your next meal! It's a real appetite booster for summer, and one bowl of rice won't be enough. The aroma and spiciness will make your taste buds dance with delight!

Check the ingredients:

200 grams of beef

3 sticks of coriander

Some garlic

Some ginger

Some spicy millet

Some pickled pepper

A spoon

Now follow the steps:

1. Start by thinly slicing the beef.

2. Add one spoon of light soy sauce, one spoon of dark soy sauce, half a teaspoon of oyster sauce, and one teaspoon of white pepper powder to the beef. Mix them well and add some oil to seal the water. Marinate for 20 minutes.

3. While the beef is marinating, prepare the side dishes.

4. Heat up some oil in a hot pan, and sauté the garlic and ginger until fragrant.

5. Add in the spicy millet and pickled pepper, and stir-fry until it becomes aromatic.

6. Add the marinated beef to the pan and stir-fry until the beef changes color.

7. Next, add the coriander stalks and stir-fry a few times before turning off the heat.

Finally, add in the coriander leaves and stir-fry evenly before removing it from the pan.

Some additional tips:

Use high heat to stir-fry the beef, but be careful not to over-fry it. Keep stirring to avoid burning.

If you don't like coriander, you can replace it with celery, which tastes just as good.
